A new Bistro at Thomson Plaza is like a mini entertainment center not only with wide selection of food and wine but also has a bar, a mini karaoke area and VIP room. The owner and chef Kelvin Yam has already owned two zhi char restaurants so you can expect high restaurant standard of local comfort dishes yet does not do too much damage to your wallet. It will be a good news for daddies and mummies too when they are waiting for their kids’ tuition at Thomson Plaza, an additional relaxed place to pass time and find your own “me” time.

Tsuta Japanese Dining

The world’s first Michelin-star ramen restaurant has just opened a new Japanese Dining outlet at 313 Somerset. It is located right outside the Somerset MRT entrance and is targeting casual crowd with their affordable dishes. Check out their comprehensive menu which include the classic ramen, maki rolls, sushi tacos, temaki sushi cones, tempura, croquettes, rice, hamburger and okonomiyaki.
