Mashi No Mashi, a distinguished ramen brand from Tokyo, opened its first Southeast Asian outlet in Singapore at Guoco Midtown in Bugis, welcoming diners from April 5, 2024. The restaurant — created by Chef Hisato Hamada, famed for introducing the world’s first Wagyu ramen — has since relocated to 3 Pickering St, #01‑42 Nankin Row, Singapore 048660. Despite the move, it continues to embody Chef Hamada’s signature style, featuring its lively yellow‑themed aesthetic and a dynamic ramen‑bar‑style dining experience.
The menu features the signature Wagyu Tsukemen, Ultra Wagyu Ramen, and Ultra Truffle Ramen, all served with premium Ozaki beef in a rich Wagyu bone broth. A spicy variant, Tsukemen Death, caters to those who enjoy heat. Additionally, the restaurant presents Singapore-exclusive dishes that infuse local flavors into their offerings, such as Wagyu Bak Kut Teh, Wagyu Laksa, and Hokkien Mee.
Complementing the ramen are appetizers that showcase the versatility of Wagyu. Mashi No Mashi’s commitment to quality and innovation brings a unique culinary experience to Singapore’s food scene, emphasizing the rich flavors of Japanese cuisine with a local twist.
