Ne Ne Neko is a versatile eatery located in Paya Lebar Quarter (PLQ). Launched in 4th April, 2024, it delivers a distinctive Japanese dining experience. Operating as a café during the day and transitioning to an izakaya bar at night, Ne Ne Neko caters to diverse tastes.
