Siong Tong Gai Singapore
Siong Tong Gai (蒲种上汤街), a renowned Malaysian steamed fish restaurant, recently expanded to Singapore. Founded in 2008, it opened its first overseas outlet at 313 Somerset in Singapore on April 5, 2024.
The new Chinese zi char restaurant offers delectable and popular zi char dishes. Their signature offerings include the “Steam Three Treasure,” featuring fresh prawns, squid, and clams in a premium broth, and the “Signature Steam Fish,” served in a simmering hotpot with a secret soup base. Beyond fish, the menu boasts other seafood delights like “Steam Clams with Egg” and “Indonesian Curry Clams,” perfect for sharing with family and friends.
