Singapore Jiak
Singapore Jiak at Frasers Towers in Tanjong Pagar is a new, budget-friendly lunchtime dining spot with four hawker brands under one roof. Operated by the Akashi Group, known for their London Fat Duck in Singapore, this 94-seater food court-style eatery offers a variety of affordable dishes.
Teck Kee Fat Duck, a sister brand to London Fat Duck, is one of the highlights, featuring Irish duck dishes, along with other brands like Dunman Wanton Mee, Grandma’s, and Ah Goh Fish Soup, each with its own rich culinary history. Dunman Wanton Mee, in particular, harks back to its popular Wanton Seng days on Amoy Street. A visit to Singapore Jiak promises a nostalgic culinary experience, making it a noteworthy addition to the CBD’s lunchtime options.
