Ministry of Crab, a renowned Sri Lankan restaurant and one of Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants, opened its doors in Singapore at Dempsey on 3rd July 2024. Helmed by celebrity chef Dharshan and with two other founders – Mahela Jayawardene and Kumar Sangakkara, the restaurant is celebrated for its exceptional seafood, including the iconic giant crab, Crabzilla, and succulent fresh prawns.

Sourcing the finest ingredients directly from Sri Lanka, Ministry of Crab offers a menu centered around its signature garlic crab, complemented by other delectable crab preparations such as Pure Crab and Garlic Chilli Crab.
