Justin Gastro Cafe & Bar (星州老爷), which opened its doors on August 16, 2023, is a noteworthy addition to Orchard Road’s dining scene. Helmed by the renowned chef Justin Quek who used to cook for Singapore’s former leader, Mr. Lee Kuan Yew. One of Chef Quek’s special dishes is the “Fresh Crabmeat Capellini LKY,” named after our founding father who was a big fan of it.

Besides the amazing main course, the desserts at this restaurant are also a big hit with many customers. So, if you want to taste delicious food with a touch of history and enjoy desserts loved by many, Justin Gastro Cafe & Bar is the good place to explore if you are at Tang Plaza.
