Fourgather Thai Restaurant
Fourgather is a vibrant Thai street food restaurant nestled in Singapore’s Amoy Hotel at 76 Telok Ayer Street. It was established on February 19, 2024, by four friends, including Ade Lau and Jasmine Chen, who transitioned from their home-based food delivery service, Arai Gor Mee, to this full-fledged dining venue.
Spanning 2,207 square feet, Fourgather’s interior can host up to 80 guests in its main dining hall and lounge. The decor, sourced from Thailand, sets a colorful and authentic backdrop. By day, it’s a cozy café; by night, a lively spot for friends to enjoy good food and music.
The menu, curated by Thai Head Chef Consultant May Chaya, features dishes inspired by her mother’s papaya salad store and other Thai street food staples. Signature dishes like Green Curry Chicken with Roti and Thai Watermelon Salad showcase the authentic flavors and presentation that Fourgather promises, offering a slice of Bangkok in the heart of Singapore.
