Foilage Restaurant
Foliage is a small, 14-seater restaurant in Singapore’s Tanjong Pagar area. The restaurant draws inspiration from the concept of leaves connected to a branch, reflecting the diverse range of flavours found in Singapore’s multi-ethnic culture. Owned and helmed by Dillon Ng, a chef with previous experience at Allium, Gastrosmiths, and The Humble Loaf, Foliage offers an intimate and cosy dining experience. Dillon’s self-taught and evolving cooking style is influenced by his passion for local cuisine and his travels.
Foliage aims to blend the multicultural flavours of Singapore with seasonal produce sourced from around the world. Foliage presents a single tasting menu that changes every three to four months, offering a unique dining experience to guests. The price per person for the tasting menu is $188/++.
