Chao Yue Xuan (潮粵轩), a Chinese Dim Sum restaurant, has recently relocated from Yishun to Capitol Singapore, offering a more luxurious and spacious dining experience. The restaurant is led by Chef Sean Chai and award-winning Chef Vanness Chai, both with extensive experience in renowned kitchens. Their menu boasts an impressive range of dim sum, rice, congee, and noodle dishes, all crafted with meticulous attention to detail.
Chao Yue Xuan is famous for its Swan Crisp and Pumpkin Ball, which received accolades when Chef Vanness Chai showcased them at the 2017 World Cantonese Cuisine Master Chef competition. Alongside these signature dishes, the restaurant offers unique creations inspired by local flavors, including Bak Kut Teh Dumplings, Chilli Crab Siew Mai, and Glutinous Rice with Minced Chicken & Candied Winter Melon, evoking the essence of Nonya cuisine.
With its relocation to Capitol Singapore, Chao Yue Xuan now enjoys a more central and accessible location. Situated near City Hall MRT Exit D, it is a convenient dining destination for both locals and visitors. The new premises exude grandeur, and guests can enjoy their meals in a private room for a more intimate experience.
