Audemars Piguet (AP) Café
Luxury Swiss watchmaker Audemars Piguet has opened its first-ever café, AP Café, at the historic Bar & Billiard Room in Raffles Hotel Singapore. Part of the 1,000-square-meter AP House Singapore, the café offers an elegant space blending Swiss heritage and Singaporean influences.
The café, operated by the team behind the Michelin-starred Burnt Ends, serves a unique menu inspired by Swiss classics with a local twist. Signature dishes include the Golden Roesti ($25++), a gold-leaf-wrapped potato cake topped with caviar, and the Chicken Rice Club Sandwich ($22++), a modern take on Singapore’s beloved dish. Sweet treats such as the Gula Melaka Pain Suisse ($8++) feature palm sugar custard-filled viennoiseries.
The refined interiors pay homage to the natural beauty of Le Brassus, Audemars Piguet’s hometown, and Singapore’s vibrant garden city vibe. Guests can explore watch heritage displays, private salons, a watch servicing counter, and a music room with an impressive vinyl collection.
AP Café is open daily from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with limited seating available. Reservations are recommended via +65 3129 2087 or apcafe.singapore@audemarspiguet.com.
